There are no direct flights from NZ so you will have to fly into Phnom Penh or Siem Reap via Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong or Malaysia. The combined flight time is around 12.5 hours. To get to Sihanoukville fly to Phnom Penh and then travel overland for approx. 5 hours.
